Positive: Wonderful Place. Perfect for our family of six. Plenty of space,gorgeous kitchen,basement with TV room.
We had peaceful momentas hearing the sound of leaves and were able to visit easily both Bryce and Zion. It Is really a "retreat" as advertised. The host Carrie is very nice and helpful.

I would recommend this property for a family get together.
Positive: Everything you needed was available to cook meals. I loved the welcome gift. A dozen farmer fresh eggs to cook for breakfast. What a sweet touch. Just was very helpful.
Negative: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.
